Who you're buying from

This shop is run by SpikeOne.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.
• Shipping, any Cash on Delivery fee and any online-payment discount are shown before you pay.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
• Every order is a one-time purchase. We don't offer subscriptions or charge you again automatically.

Your order

An order is confirmed when payment succeeds, or when you place a Cash on Delivery order. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was shown in error, we'll tell you and refund anything you paid in full.

Using the products safely

• Laundry pods are concentrated detergent. Keep them closed and out of reach of children and pets, and don't swallow, cut or squeeze them.
• Toilet wand pads go in the bin. Never flush them.
• Follow the instructions on the pack.

Reviews

Only customers with a delivered order can review a product. We publish honest reviews, good or bad, and remove only spam, abuse or personal details.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone. Don't share the code with anyone; we'll never ask for it.

Disputes

These terms follow Indian law. If something goes wrong, contact us first at support@spikeone.in: most problems are solved in a message. You keep all your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
