Shipping & delivery

What shipping costs

• Orders of ₹499 or more: free.
• Any order with a pack marked “Delivered free” (our try-it packs, like the Trial Pack and Starter Kit): free, whatever the total.
• Other orders under ₹499: ₹49 flat, anywhere we deliver.
• There are no other charges at checkout. Prices already include GST.

When it arrives

Enter your pincode on any product page or at checkout to see an estimated delivery date. We pack orders on working days and hand them to a courier partner; you'll get the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp when it ships.

If a delivery is running late, message us and we'll chase the courier for you.

Cash on Delivery

• Available on eligible pincodes. Checkout tells you straight away whether yours qualifies.
• For orders up to ₹3,000, and up to 2 undelivered Cash on Delivery orders at a time.
• We may message you on WhatsApp to confirm a Cash on Delivery order before we pack it.
• You can pay the courier in cash or by UPI.
• Paying online gets you an extra discount, shown at checkout.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India through courier partners. If your pincode isn't serviceable yet, checkout will say so before you pay.

Problems with a delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing or wrong, report it from your order page. See returns & refunds for what happens next.
