How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

UPI, debit or credit card, netbanking or wallets through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pincodes for orders up to ₹3,000.

Is there a discount for paying online?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a small extra discount when you pay online. Checkout shows the exact amount before you choose.

Question 4

Accepted Answer

Enter your pincode on a product page or at checkout to see the estimated date. You get the courier and tracking number on WhatsApp when it ships.

Open the order in your account and tap Report a problem. We reply on WhatsApp and replace or refund it.

Question 8

How many pods per wash?

Accepted Answer

One pod for a normal load (up to about 6 kg). Two for a large or very dirty load.

Question 9

Do they work in top-load and front-load machines?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Put the pod at the back of the empty drum first, then add clothes. Don't put pods in the detergent drawer.

Question 10

Do they work in cold water?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The film dissolves in cold and warm cycles. Putting the pod in before the clothes helps it dissolve fully.

Question 11

Do refill pads come with a wand?

Accepted Answer

No. Refill packs are pads only. If you don't have a SpikeOne wand yet, choose the Starter Kit, which has the wand, a caddy and pads.

Question 12

Can I flush the used pad?

Accepted Answer

No. Put used pads in the bin. Flushing can block pipes and septic tanks.

Question 13

Will the pad fit other brands' wands?

Accepted Answer

Our pads are designed for the SpikeOne wand. We can't promise they'll fit other holders.
